Morning practice at BSC before the pool opens to general swim. All practices held at 9725 Northeast Ave, Philadelphia PA 19115.

Swimmers should arrive 5–10 minutes early. Team suit and cap required at all meets. Missed practices should be communicated to Coach in advance.

Important Notes

Practice Policy

Weather cancellations

Practice may be cancelled due to lightning or severe weather. Monitor the Facebook group and email from Coach for cancellation notices.

Makeup practices

There are no formal makeup practices. Swimmers are encouraged to attend as consistently as possible.

Meet day timing

On meet days, warm-up times are different. Coach will communicate meet-day schedules separately.

First practice

Bring a copy of your registration confirmation to the first practice.
